2018 AI Legal Awards winners revealed!

Acquisition International Magazine announced last week the winners of the 2018 Legal Awards. CROCE & Associés SA has been nominated for the second consecutive year “the best commercial law firm in Switzerland”.

Each year Acquisition International presents awards to the individuals and firms that have performed exceptionally well in their dedicated respective legal sector. The Magazine “prides itself on the validity of its awards and winners. Patrouille des Glaciers 2018

CONGRATULATIONS!

Congratulations to our local heroes Michael, Lorenzo and Bertrand who finished the Patrouille des Glaciers 2018 edition (Zermatt-Verbier) in 11 hours, 04 minutes and 45 seconds (final rank 39).

“From our first moments of training to the euphoria of crossing the finish line in Verbier, our journey was memorable in many ways. The strength of a team truly relies on its members. ” said Lorenzo CROCE after the race.

Congratulations for the fantastic performance guys! Hard work, dedication and teamwork are key to success. An organization’s success is fulfilled by the support of all team members not only by the boss or individuals because it takes a combined effort to meet the goal and reach the top. The Patrouille des glaciers is a ski mountaineering race taking place in the Swiss Alps every two years at the end of April. It is organized by the Swiss Armed Forces in which military and civilians participate in teams of 3 members. The race leads from Zermatt to Verbier which is 53 km (equivalent to 110 km on a flat road) or from Arolla to Verbier (26 km/53 km). The Patrouille des Glaciers is known as the world’s toughest ski tour race, participants spend months preparing for it and need enormous stamina, motivation and discipline.

CROCE & Associés SA au Trophée du Muveran

“La réussite est comme l’ascension d’une montagne, il faut travailler en équipe, faire face aux obstacles ainsi qu’aux intempéries, mais peu importe nous atteignons toujours le sommet” (Martin Paquette).

Le 3 avril 2016, s’est tenue la 69ème édition du Trophée du Muveran, la plus ancienne course de ski-alpinisme de Suisse.

Un grand bravo à nos deux patrouilleurs Lorenzo et Michael qui bouclent les 2800 m de dénivelé et les 69 km effort en 05:43:16, finissant à une belle 40ème place.

It was with great pleasure and honor that CROCE & Associés participated to – as a sponsor – the China Offshore Summit that took place on the 4-5th of November 2015 in Shanghai.

During this two-day summit, leading financial intermediaries, bankers, lawyers, company service providers, trust companies, governments and professional associations discussed in-depth the challenges that Chinese Families face today regarding estate and corporate succession planning.

The event was a complete success and a great opportunity to meet new counterparts and develop more business opportunities. It was also a good moment to exchange information and thoughts about new international developments in this age of transparency.

CROCE & Associés introduced its family office services and brought its European and Swiss expertise to help Chinese Families to navigate in the shallow waters of trust law and to address the complex issues of asset protection as well as transgenerational succession schemes.

China has never been so close to Europe for private individuals services and we are looking forward for the next summit that will be taking place in Shenzhen and then Singapore next summer.
